The Court Needs Practical Information About the Case
After a Defence, the court may issue a Notice of Proposed Allocation and require a Directions Questionnaire—commonly Form N180 for a small claim.
The form asks for practical information about mediation, the proposed track, hearing arrangements, witnesses, expert evidence, unavailable dates and any additional support required.
The completed form must be returned as directed by the court notice. The current N180 also instructs parties to send a copy to every other party.
Turn the Court Form Into a Manageable Task
One £50 stage includes review of the notice and questionnaire, one prepared draft and one reasonable amendment. Email us with the deadline so we can confirm availability before payment.

The Answers and Decisions Remain Yours
Tradesmen Dispute Direct is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or solicitor representation.
We do not decide what answers you should give, which track is legally appropriate, or whether expert or witness evidence should be used. We do not sign, file, serve or send the form.
You remain responsible for checking and signing the form, meeting the deadline and sending it to the court and every other party as directed.
