STAGE 4 · DIRECTIONS QUESTIONNAIRE

Get Your Directions Questionnaire Ready

Received a Notice of Proposed Allocation or Form N180? We help organise the practical information and prepare a clear draft for you to check, sign and send.

UNDERSTAND THE STAGE

The Court Needs Practical Information About the Case

After a Defence, the court may issue a Notice of Proposed Allocation and require a Directions Questionnaire—commonly Form N180 for a small claim.

The form asks for practical information about mediation, the proposed track, hearing arrangements, witnesses, expert evidence, unavailable dates and any additional support required.

The completed form must be returned as directed by the court notice. The current N180 also instructs parties to send a copy to every other party.

We explain what practical information each section requests and structure the answers you provide.

Prepare the Draft

We prepare a clear draft questionnaire and a checklist for checking, signing and sending it.
